Devizes Christmas Festival
Devizes Christmas Festival celebrates the beginning of the Christmas Season with a Street Festival on Friday 25th November 2011
Lanterns are made in workshops in local schools and community groups of all kinds. There are also all-comers workshops (individuals, families and friends) to attend if you don’t belong to a group already making them.
This year join one at the Crown Centre, St John’s Street on a Saturday afternoon (12th or 19th November, 2.00 – 4.30pm) or a Wednesday evening (16th or 23rd, 6.00 – 8.30pm). Materials and tuition are free (donations welcome) and no previous experience is necessary – just turn up!
For more information call the Lantern Line: 01380 723099.
